Terms and Conditions for Pre-Order Items

1. Pre-Order Agreement
   By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock and will be shipped once it becomes available.

2. Delivery Timeframe
   Estimated delivery time for pre-ordered items is between 25 to 35 days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing in Bangladesh, which can occasionally cause delays.

3. Booking Money
   A non-refundable booking deposit of 40% to 70% of the total item price is required to secure your pre-order. The exact percentage will be specified at the time of order placement.

4. Late Deliveries
   While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, unforeseen circumstances, particularly related to customs, may result in delayed shipments. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the expected delivery date.

5. Modification of Orders
   If you wish to modify your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be accommodated before the item has been dispatched.

6. Acceptance of Terms
   By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from completing your order.
